The project consists of 80 residential condominium units with a 200-car underground parking garage, a concrete podium for landscaping, and a club house. It also renovates 28 existing and 52 new 2–3 bedroom units. It is built in the traditional shingle roof architectural style and is located in downtown Lafayette, California.
