Our company reported the results of a visual survey exploration that assessed the existing exterior condition of the Escondido Cottage as well as its historical, social, and structural elements. Originally built in 1875, these elements embrace the hidden value and heritage that are held by the University's oldest building. The project included restoration of the roof and exterior of the building.
