The project is a renovation of the existing 12-story Blackwelder high-rise which is located at 126 Blackwelder Court on the Stanford Campus. The project scope includes an
installation of new fire sprinklers throughout levels 2-12, an upgrade in the common areas (typical level 2-12 corridors), and installation of new energy-efficient lighting fixtures in the common areas.
