This multi-purpose project located in Castro Valley, California consists of an auditorium/theatre, administrative offices, a pre-function fellowship hall, schools, senior center, and a café. The building has large windows and high ceilings that are designed to allow an abundance of natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting and increasing sustainability through energy efficiency. The unique café benefits the community as an inviting place for social networking, and a productive place for work and study.
