The project is a renovation of the existing 12-story Blackwelder high-rise which is located at 126 Blackwelder Court on the Stanford Campus. The project scope includes:
-Installation of new fire sprinklers throughout levels 2-12 -Finish upgrades in the common areas (typical level 2-12 corridors) -Installation of new energy-efficient lighting fixtures in the common areas
