The project is to develop a master plan and massing study for a residential and commercial project located next to the high speed rail station within greater Beijing. The project includes single family residential homes, townhouses and high rise apartments on commercial podiums. The design concept is to utilize the existing settlement grids and follow the sun path orientation blending to the natural environment.
