This prospective project is located on two parcels of vacant land at the southeast corner of High Street and Channing Avenue in the city of Palo Alto. The initial proposal is for a three-story mixed-use building with retail and parking on the first floor and residential units on the second and third. The architecture is a reflection of contextual elements in its surroundings, such as contextual elements of the original Peninsula Dairy Store and the neighborhood, with public open spaces and widened sidewalks for pedestrian-friendly activities.
